The customer has the right to return or exchange within 3 days from receiving the order, according to the following conditions:In case of a manufacturing defect, the right to return or exchange within 3 days, and Chaina bears the shipping costs.Clear proof must be provided (a video of no less than 40 seconds or a picture).The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories.No return or exchange is accepted for any product that has been used and has no defect.No return or exchange is accepted if there is a break or defect resulting from misuse.If the product is intact and the customer wishes to return or exchange, shipping fees and a 4% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.In case of benefiting from free delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted upon return.If the order is not received, only the shipping fees will be deducted.No order can be canceled after confirmation, and if so, a 4% administrative fee will be deducted.Processing time: up to 21 days maximum.Warranty: electronic devices are covered by a two-year warranty within the Kingdom.
